T’s place was exactly what I needed. Clean, Quiet, and Relaxing. T is a Great host who will make sure you want for nothing. I enjoyed the daily homemade cookies and our shared meals. Thank you T! See you next time I’m in the area.

I had the privilege of staying with Teresa for three months while doing a travel nursing contract at the local hospital. What started as a very last minute booking, turned out to be an incredible decision that made my time here a memorable experience. As a night shift nurse, sleep is incredibly important. My first day in her home, Teresa was accommodating to my sleep schedule and even went out of her way to buy black out curtains for my bedroom to allow for better sleep. I never had an issue sleeping, as the space is very quiet and the room was very cozy. As a host, Teresa is very compassionate and accommodating to whatever needs I had. She took note of my favorite creamer, foods, and made sure she always had them in hand. Anything from cinnamon rolls, cookies, coffee, apples, you name it - she always had it and was something I looked forward to during my long stretches of work. During my stay, I got sick and Teresa very quickly became the nurse, and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. I would recommend Teresa and her home to anyone for an extended stay; when booking you can assure you will get a comfortable home and a great companion filled with lots of stories. Between Teresa and her home, more than five stars is warranted. I am so thankful for my experiences here, and know I always have an open door if I am ever back in the area.

Therese hosts a great house and even greater atmosphere. She's so generous and welcoming, and emphasized the breakfast in bed & breakfast. We came as guests and left as treasured friends. I'll be sure to be back if i'm ever in the area again. Highly recommend!

Guest room was comfortable. The house was cozy and all necessary amenities were provided. Therese will gladly share historical info of the PA area. She can also direct you to tourist attractions, if you want to venture around.

Therese was a great host and very friendly. Staying at her place felt like staying with friends. She cooked an amazing breakfast for us and made sure we had everything we needed. My husband and I came to the area for a weekend getaway. Between hiking, biking, visiting Jim Thorpe and good food there is a lot to do in the area. We hope to visit again.
