Fantastic location, close to the beach and local amenities. House is beautifully maintained, lovely gardens and the spa was a lovely touch. Easy to work in and and around, easy reach to Dunedin and beyond. Would stay again!

We loved this place in particular the sunny private and sheltered back yard equipped with everything needed to relax after a big day. On arrival we were greeted with a lovely warm roaring fire, epic! Lots of great details, Highly recommended!
