The wifi didn't work and there were lot og cockroaches and ants everywhere. couldn't stay there any longer. what was good about the place was the location and private beach.

We spent two weeks at the house as a family with two children (5 and almost 2). The location is of course amazing as it is right on the beautiful beach. However, the description of the house as being new and the pictures are inaccurate. The pictures are old and the outside of the house (including the roof which is covered by plastic) is run down and in dire need of maintenance. A fence has been put up but is broken, holes covered with derelict furniture, nails sticking out etc. Coconuts fell daily (hammock unusable underneath) and despite us requesting the co-host to send someone to harvest (life threatening not only for kids) nobody came. The housekeeper is an absolute darling and doing a great job keeping up the inside of the house which is basic but everything worked as described. Given the overall state the place is way overpriced. We would not recommend this place for small kids. The co-host did not come in person but was reachable by text and phone.

We had an amazing stay. The place was clean, exactly like the pictures, and the beachfront location was unbeatable. The stunning beach and nearby restaurants added to the overall charm. With kids, having restaurants deliver to the house was a big plus. While the air conditioning was limited to one bedroom, the fans in all rooms made it manageable. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The place, can accommodate 4 people easily and has extra bed if needed however only one washroom. It’s like the pictures however add some years to it, it’s understandable. Location is right at the beach, very secluded beach, perfect for a calm stay. If you want parties and happening places look elsewhere. I would say well worth the money. The caretaker is very helpful, however the instructions are a little unclear, we came in from Bangalore from Karwar still had to go to Canacona and come back. I suggest share the gps co-ordinates. Oh yeah power had a mind of its own during our 3 days maybe not available for 5 hrs in total, but I guess some work was going on. Loads of utensils to cook, we cooked had a washing machine as well. Everything worked!
