Perfect location. Great walk ability to shops, restaurants, coffee shops, waterfront, parks. The flat was spotless, well appointed, comfortable and the host provided unexpected welcome extras as well as excellent restaurant recommendations. The rooftop was a wonderful surprise and we enjoyed an incredible sunset view by the fire. Definitely recommend.

Billy's place is a wonderful find in the heart of Alexandria. My boyfriend and I stayed for a week and felt right at home, making extra use of the fireplace :). The couch and bed in particular are extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We particularly appreciated the many ways to make coffee, the toiletries left for us, and all the design elements throughout the apartment making it particularly eye-pleasing.

A perfect place to stay. Also, a perfect location! Right in the middle of the activity of the beautiful Old Town Alexandria. Access to everything within walking distance. Access to the rooftop to see all the way to the Potomac River was wow! Our first time to Virginia and the people in all the shops in Old Town were so friendly. Highly recommend!
