I had a very comfortable stay during my stay. ・Host: Response was quick and courteous. ・Check-in: Staff responded and explained the room. ・Room: Clean and has basic necessities. *If you need additional items, there is a supermarket 3 minutes walk away. ・Shower: Normal water pressure and drainage *This is important as there are often problems with drainage in Vietnam! ・Surroundings: Landmark 81 is a 3-minute walk away, and there are many restaurants and cafes. Thank you very much Han I would like to revisit again

THE place for basing your travels around Ho Chi Minh. 10/10 would book again. Space is actually bigger than pictured. No noise through the walls/ceiling. Clean, modern, and well kept, i felt very much at home here. Han was absolutely incredible. No super host, more like a plus ultra host. She checked on me (often but not excessively so) to make sure i was doing well and my needs were met, responded to any messages within minutes, and was just enjoyable to talk to. Everything you could need is in the immediate area, which is gated, clean, easy to find, and beautiful. Taxi's are on the property eliminating the need to wait for a Grab, and there was no fuss guiding a taxi back thanks to the landmark building.

Ha was very responsive to all my questions. She sent a tutorial video on how to check-in, which included how to find the apartment, where to find the key card and the password to the door. I enjoy staying at Central Park because of it is conveniently located between District 1 and Thao Dien (the two places I frequent the most). Highly recommend her place.
