Liebe Laura es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt bei Euch . Wir haben jeden Tag bei Euch sehr genossen und bedanken uns nochmals für die tolle Wohnung, mit einer einmaligen Ausstattung , die wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Lage der Wohnung, direkt am Meer , ist absolut spitze und eignet sich besonders gut , wenn man einen wunderschönen Urlaub machen möchte . Wir empfehlen Euch zu 100 Prozent weiter und werden sehr gerne wiederkommen . Liebe Grüsse David, Lydia und Diana

Simply the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Laura met us in person, helped with the luggage and had wonderful local recommendations. The place was beautiful and 30 seconds from the sea. It had the best equipped and provisioned Airbnb kitchen I’ve ever seen. There were fresh flowers, a bottle of wine, and a box of cookies when we got there, and on Easter she hung a bag of Lindt eggs on our door. On top of that Chiavari is a perfect place to base from if you’re driving to the Italian riviera. The weather was awful and we still had an amazing visit. Perfect place, perfect host, perfect location. I’d give 12 stars if Airbnb allowed it.

Splendido appartamento, zona tranquilla e adatta alle famiglie. Vicinanza a ristoranti, pizzeria, gelateria e gastronomie di altissima qualità. Infine la comodità di avere il posto auto. Laura è stata gentilissima e premurosa. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le logement de Laura. Il était parfaitement propre bien agencé et tous les équipements utiles étaient à disposition (exemple : fond de cuisine, sèche-cheveux, produit à lessives etc). Super pour une famille, il y a des jeux, des livres et aussi des DVD. En raison de la météo capricieuse nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse et c est bien dommage. Sa situation directe en bord de mer sur une rue piétonne est idéale. Le parking privé est un réel plus. Nous avons apprécié toutes les jolies attentions de Laura ainsi que sa disponibilité et amabilité. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce lieu de et y reviendrons avec plaisir.

We loved this apartment. Right across the street from the beach with a long boardwalk and many restaurants. Laura and her father were very attentive. The apartment was spacious with a wonderful patio. I would definitely would book again.
