It also has a double sofa bed so the apartment has a capacity for 6 people. The bathroom and kitchen are brand new, fully equipped with appliances in perfect condition. Very close to the apartment is the Canal de Isabel Ii, perfect for people who love the outdoors, or who prefer to take a walk with their pets, which we also accept at the accommodation for an extra 30 euros. And next to this park we find the Teatros del Canal. It is a quiet area surrounded by commercial and leisure facilities.

La ubicación es buena, tiene a pocos metros el metro y es una zona con todos los servicios: supermercados, tiendas, bares, cafeterias.... Salvo algún pequeño problemilla la estancia fué cómoda y tranquila.
Mi estancias ha sido excelente, exceptuando que por el extra de limpieza había muy pequeñas zonas que no estaban limpias Por lo demás, comunicación sobresaliente, en todo momento hubo una preocupación por nuestra comodidad por parte de ellos, todo muy cómodo tanto la estancia como la entrada y salida del alojamiento En resumen le pongo un 9,8/10

Juan’s place is in perfect location . Not in the super noisy city center yet walkable to all the actions or just a few steps to the metro and stops away. It’s exactly as described and we love it has two full bathrooms and all the necessities. Juan is also very flexible and responsive. We had a great time. Thanks for your hospitality!
