Great place! Very close proximity to points of interest — River walk, parks, restaurants, and historical mansions tours. We were able to comfortably bike to most places of interest. Property cleanliness, needs to get new cleaning service. We had to clean what should have been handled by cleaning staff particularly in kitchen. The house had every comfort of home readily available. Andrew is a generous, great host!

Closets all filled with stuffed animal. Dressers had clothes in many of the drawers. Stove was vey dirty.

Great location and very spacious, comfortable place. Has everything one could want and Andrew was super helpful and responsive to questions. Would definitely stay there again!

We rented Andrew's place for the 2023 Balloon Festival. It is in a great area, close to the downtown action without being right in the middle of it. The place matched the pictures, and I actually thought the pictures didn't quite do it justice. It seemed larger in person, and I thought it was a great value for the amount of space, price and proximity.
