This was my third visit to the cabin and I will definitely return again and again. The location is idyllic, the views are spectacular and the cabin is just perfect. We woke to the sun shining over the beautiful woodland, saw Swans building their nest and Geese flying across the lake. The facilities in the Cabin were just perfect, cosy and luxurious. We cooked in the fully equipped kitchen each evening and ate on the deck watching the sun go down. I cannot recommend this place enough and I could happily stay forever! Naomi and Mark went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We enjoyed the fresh eggs and pastries in our free continental breakfast hamper and items such as tea, coffee, sugar, oil, seasoning, herbs, foil, cleaning products etc are also provided. You get total privacy but also feel welcome and should you need it, Mark and Naomi are on hand to help or answer any questions you may have. I cannot fault a thing- Loved it.

Deer Leap lodge was located in a stunning place. Peaceful with so much wildlife to watch surrounded by new born lambs, pigs and chickens. We took our dog who loved adventuring in the 36 acres. Highly recommend and would definitely go again x

Lovely peaceful cabin surrounded by wildlife. We enjoyed the breakfast box. Being able to sit uninterrupted in the woods adjacent to the cabin was lovely. The hosts are friendly and approachable. It was great being able to feed the lambs. There were thoughtful extra's such as freshly laundered dressing gowns; nice to curl up in at the end of the day. We will be going back.

One of the best stays ever! We stayed for 3 nights but we didn’t want to leave.. Surroundings are so beautiful, location is nice and peaceful. Cabin itself is very clean and cosy, had everything you possibly need for your stay. Although the weather was not the best, most of the time was raining but that didn’t ruined our stay at all, it was nice to stay in cosy cabin look through the window and listen for rain. We walked in the forest every morning and evening, couldn’t believe all wildlife we spotted, it was plenty of deers, squirrels and birds. Naomi was very helpful and friendly, helped with all my request before our stay, answered all questions. Mark showed as newly born lambs and told us about farm life, gave us some recommendations for local places to visit. Everything was perfect! We definitely will be back and recommend place to other! The best stay ever! Lovely comfy and cosy cabin - great extra touches, even Easter decorations. Wonderful visiting Mark and the newly born lambs - we learnt a lot. Location amazing, on a lake and very peaceful and private with good walks. Great watching the birds, swans and farm animals. Thank you so much Naomi and Mark.
