I highly recommend staying at Twin Puffins! The house itself was very clean and tidy. The host left helpful instruction sheets throughout to make operating things like the sound system easy. The best part of the house though is the views. Arguably the photos from the listing do not do it justice, it’s simply stunning! Looking out upon glaciers and the bay every day was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was easy to find and was only 15 minutes from anything we wanted to do like checking out Homer Spit and renting a float plane. Kitchen was fully equipped so it was easy for us to cook at home. No complaints whatsoever about this lovely home! Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

This is a top-notch place to stay while visiting the Homer area! You are first struck by the awesome view of the mountains and Katchemak Bay though the large glass cabin windows. The cabin itself is super neat and clean. Bedrooms good sized and comfortable. Bathroom very functional. It is spacious, yet cozy feel to the cabin. Plenty of amenities. The hosts are friendly, helpful and accommodating. You will need a car or transportation as the location is about 15 minutes outside of Homer. We found it a convenient location and enjoyed the open feel being outside of downtown Homer and the Spit. This is a place that we look forward to a return visit.
