Enrique is a fantastic host, his communication has been excellent throughout. He met us outside upon arrival and gave us great advice and information for our stay. Highlights: -45 min taxi ride from the airport -Private lockable store room, ample for 2 bike boxes & bikes -Lift from the ground floor to the apartment -Plenty of roads to ride in the hills for our 3 week holiday -Fabulous patio area -Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need -Washing machine was great -Lots of storage space in the bedroom, bed very comfortable -Bathroom was perfect, shower was great -Choice of supermarkets within easy walking distance -Amazing local delicatessen & bakery -Central location, idea for visiting the local sights. Apartment was quiet / peaceful for a central location -Ideal location to witness Easter Celebrations - Semana Santa de Velez Malaga - it was an amazing week of processions and the atmosphere was just amazing! Very privileged to have been there at this time

The apartment is ideally located for anyone wanting a place to stay that is not swarmed with tourists. The apartment is quiet, on the top floor, located next to a beautiful walking mall thru the centre of town, with everything you need within walking distance of your front door. The people milling around the mall were residents, engaged in their life with their families. The large sun deck is very private and a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful Costa del Sol weather. Wonderful experience and exactly what we wanted while we travel. We stayed for a month and without question the apartment became our home away from home!

We were very lucky to stay a week at Enrique’s place. It’s a true gem. You can see that a lot of effort and love was put into the apartment. It was extremely comfortable and with many amenities that are not found in most 5* hotels. Also spotless clean, a well equipped kitchen, a glass cabinet that’s worthy of an upscale bar and a very good bed. And the terrace and the couch are fantastic. It was very quiet during the day and night, yet within 2 minutes you were near restaurants, grocery stores and shops. The private parking spot in the garage was a nice extra. Enrique went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable, helped us out every possible way, and gave us a few suggestions for both restaurants and a night out at a nearby Peña that were very much appreciated and spot on. We hope to be back!

The apartment itself was great and fully equipped with everything you may need. The parking is a huge plus while the terrace was unbeatable for grilling, dining and chilling on the sofa! As a host, Enrique was super attentive and helpful. He sent us detailed videos on how to reach and get in to the apartment, provided various recommendations on what to visit and where to eat, and checked in on us regularly. Overall, we had a wonderful time in the Enrique's apartment!
