Très belle nuit passée au château du Quengo. Un lieu magnifique, calme et discret, caché au milieu de la nature. Une très belle rencontre avec Anne et Alfred qui nous ont accueilli chez eux avec passion.
What an incredibly charming place with wonderful friendly hosts. The gardens are spectacular, the castle is preserved well, and great detail went into the decorations. We enjoyed a pleasantly charming breakfast prepared by Anne and Alfred with local organic foods. Both of them joined us and offered open and thoughtful conversations. There’s a beautiful spirit about this couple and place. So glad we went here to stay. It was like going back in time. Highly recommend.

Amazing Chateau, coupled with amazing hosts . Would strongly recommend this to everyone. Just remember to get some carrots for the Ponies and Horses 🐴🥕😊this was a message from them relayed in Horse language 😂

Nous avons fait un choix de vie en venant reprendre ce château de famille sur 14 ha en bio et protection de la nature avec parc,(arbres séculaires),chapelle,potager-verger,bois,étang... Nos hôtes ont a disposition salons,instruments de musique,bibliothèque,cuisine.... Nous aimons le calme de la nature,pour moi le jardinage,(en bio!),pour mon mari la musique,(il est facteur d'orgues),les livres,les animaux,(nous avons chienschats,poneys). La simplicité, le naturel,la convivialité sont ce que nous recherchons lorsque nous recevons et voyageons.Nous avons horreur des choses surfaites! 'Home sweet home'...être bien ou l'on est et avec ce que l'on fait! Notre maison est à notre image...'sans chichis',pleine de charme et vivante! Le Quengo saura vous charmer par son cadre idyllique et sa tranquilité.
