This was a perfect central location for our family to explore the sights of London. We stayed in this flat for a week, and it was a very comfortable stay for my small family. Our two young daughters slept o the pullout couch and they found it comfortable. Our bed was also very comfy! There were plenty of choices for restaurants and stores for small groceries that was very convenient. The flat also had a washing machine and clothing rack so we were able to do some laundry as well which was a real perk. Another really nice part of our longer stay at this flat was that they provided a complimentary housekeeping cleaning. We would highly recommend this building for a stay in London and would use if we came back!

This place definitely exceeded our expectations! First of all, the flat was exactly as described. It was spacious and clean. The building is well secured. Check in was a breeze, as Keyhost had an office onsite. They even helped us bring our luggage up to the flat. It passed the following important things I look for in an Airbnb when we travel: 1) a bright open space with windows, 2) a clean and roomy bathroom -They had big soft towels (which I love) and a well-functioning towel warmer that worked great -We had an issue about the cold water not working our first night, but it was immediately fixed the next day. 3) a separate kitchen/living area I loved that they had a Nespresso machine with complimentary pods that lasted us 4 days 4) a clean bedroom with a comfortable bed It is in Kensington/Earl's Court, one of the finest areas in Central London. Close to Kensington High Street. It was a perfect flat for a couple like us. The flat was less than a 10-minute walk to Earl's Court Underground Station. There are a lot of cafes, little supermarkets in the area. It was a safe neighborhood, we felt safe walking back home late at night. Overall, this place was a great find, and I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in London - I would even recommend it to friends and family who are planning to travel to London in the future. It was a lovely studio at a great location. It was 15min walk to the natural history museum and hyde park. 5 min walk to Earl's Court and Gloucester Road station. The studio itself is cozy and warm. Good communications in checking in as well as during my stay there. Basic households were provided. Highly recommended.
