Central location in Hawick and convenient for town centre shopping. Large flat with lots of light and all essentials available for cooking/cleaning. The manager responded promptly when there was issues getting into the flat. Weekend noise is very loud if you aren’t joining the crowd but through the week is ok. Overall decent stay

Nice stay in the flat while we were exploring the Scottish Borders. Had everything we needed for a weekend stay, a bit noisy on Saturday night as its on the high street. Good, flexible check in with clear instructions.

Positives: Suitable for our needs and very close to shops, supermarkets and boots pharmacy across the street was very useful. Generally the apartment was OK. The Freesat TV was great, as was the kitchen - good hob, oven and fridge/freezer. Electric shower was good, as was the instant hot water from the heating system. Adequate bedding - duvets were good and extra pillows and blankets were available. We did not use the washing machine. Good car parking facilities at the end of Baker Street (along the river). Negatives: The door security entry system was not functioning properly but we did have keys of course and our apartment was secure. The floors had a marked tilt - so much so that the double bed was made level by using wooden blocks on one side! Carpet would benefit from a professional clean!

Easy to find plenty of parking around good selection of bars and restaurants within 2 minutes walk

It is a centrally located 2nd floor. It was a little tired but adequate for a night or two. Unless you are a night owl, I would avoid Friday and Saturday nights. It gets very noisy.
