Very slow responses host. Gave wrong info on parking lot number. Not very friendly landlord at the guard house questioning us what are we doing here in his building. Access card only gave 1 while we are a big family (8pax) staying there, usually will have at least 2 access cards for convenience. However, the location is very near to taiping lake garden.

Overall was a good and pleasant stay! My parents like the place as it is clean, spacious and with nice kitchen. My kids enjoyed the stay because of the swimming pools.

As a host, Angelyne’s response was fast and promptly, I really appreciate. She response to our requests quickly. The house is spacious, clean and the location is good. The interior design are exactly looks like what the photos shown. Most of the location are just within 5-10 minutes. As we are staying 5 nights over there, there are few comments which I think the house owner can consider to improve: 1) The cooking pots and pans are not in good condition which we couldn’t use it during our stay. Angelyne was trying to replace with a new set but turned out to be not suitable for induction cooker. She eventually tried to send us portable gas hob but we didn’t use it as it looks not safe. But anyway, We are really appreciate for what have been done by Angelyne in solving the matters. 2) There are 2 car park lots available for each house but the owner only open one to us. The other was occupied by the owner. It would be appropriate to open all car park lots to the guests. We were caught in heavy rain several times while we parked our another car in visitor car park lot in open space though there is another indoor car park lot available. However, thank Angelyne to discuss with the owner after we found out there are indeed 2 car park lots available for each house, and eventually open to us to use the second lot on the fourth day. 3) Another incident was the TV was not in good condition, please repair the TV and at least please provide a few basic TV channels for the guests. As no TV channels, the connection between TV and our labtop via HDMI cable was not successful as well due to TV problem. There is a DVD player there (the owner knew the problem so they tried to compensate by providing a player) but unfortunately some DVD discs are spoilt and stopped in the mid of watching. Overall, we had a wonderful time in Taiping. It would be perfect if the owner can solve/improve the above problems.

Clean, spacious and beautiful interior. So thoughtful of the owner to come up with mandala design throughout the house.
