Fantastic and safe place to stay just off of Broadway in Nashville. Very cool historic old building that looks just like the pictures. I would definitely stay here again.

This is THE spot to stay, 1/2 block from all the action on broadway but far enough away to feel some distance to the buzz. Comfortable, convenient, A++++

Can't recommend this place highly enough if you're looking to stay near Broadway for multiple days. Spacious and comfortable for 5 adults. Saying it's walkable is probably an understatement being that it's adjacent to a honky tonk, and only a few hundred feet from Broadway. The music from next door is definitely noticeable, but not too loud, and was not problematic for us at all. We didn't spend too much time lounging around, but we had everything we needed to do so. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Shannon is a wonderful host and very responsive. This is a great location and right around d the corner from Broadway. 2nd Avenue also has lots of places to visit as well. Shannon’s place was very clean.

Good location, decent place, a tad outdated but worked for what we needed, side note they also charge you a 350.00 hold deposit upon check in, outside of Air B&B.
