Wayne is an absolute gem of a host. He was extremely proactive in communication and sharing local tips and tricks. The apartment was great and has everything you need for a great stay on the peninsula.

Wayne’s place is a sweet spot right in the heart of Newps Peninsula & all it has to offer. The beach & Pier are a stones throw away and really yummy eateries from breakfast to Tacos and more. There was a big swell during the last few days of our stay & the waves were epic! There were a couple of things that were not working (heater and outside deck light) but all in all a fun stay. I would most certainly stay there again.

Wayne was the perfect host! Responsive and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen and fabulous location!

It was a great place. Wayne was a great host. He was always helpful and checked that we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend renting there :)

We loved our stay! Wayne was very helpful. 1 minute walk to the beach, nice, safe town near Laguna and Huntington. Since it was the top floor, it did get a bit stuffier in the house, but the fans were helpful. Loved that surfboards, bikes, and beach umbrellas were provided. Would definitely come back!
