What an amazing home! The photos can't compare to the actual residence. The property is very beautiful inside and out. Sandra was outstanding! She is a very nice person/host who took time out to show us the property and checked in on us to make sure all was well. Akeem was very responsive if we had any questions. There's also a small cottage on the property that sleeps possibly 4 people. No one was there when we stayed, but Sandra came by and showed us the inside was is very nice. Persaud, who came by to clean the pool, but also retrieved coconuts from the tree on the property. He and Sandra cut open the coconuts and filled the refreshing water into a large jug for us to drink later. That was a very special touch for our trip. Overall, Sandra, Akeem and Persaud were extremely helpful to ensure our vacation was a stress-free trip which made our trip that much more enoyable. This property is a hidden gem and our family is already making plans to return to Nevis and stay here again.

The home is amazing. Very clean, beautiful pool and yard, and all the amenities you would every need. The hosts were friendly, great, and responsive. Messages always answered within a few minutes. We will definitely return when I’m back on Nevis. Highly recommend this home!

Our stay was amazing! The location was beautiful and there was a lot of space for the 8 of us who travelled so we never felt cramped. Noel met us on arrival and escorted us to the location, he arrived at the meeting point before we did and was so patient and understanding when we got lost and arrived at the meeting point later than we planned. The grounds were clean and tidy. Our key fab for the gate battery died late in the evening and when we messaged noel about it, he was very apologetic and had a replacement readily available first thing in the morning. Noel was such a great host! This was a great experience and i would highly recommend it. The comfort made our trip wonderful!

This was a very comfortable home with exceptional wifi a bit off the beaten path. The island is small enough that we could easily explore via rental car, with interesting day trips. We felt secure with the electric gate. Two days of great mountain hikes, many beach visits, an excursion to snorkel, two stops at historical sites with guided tours plus one other self-guided spot. We found great fresh produce stands close by to supplement the three grocery stores we visited. Loved ISLAND FLAVOURS for patties and NEVIS BAKERY for incredible coconut/pineapple danishes. Top restaurants were PASSIONS (best Caribbean fair), GOLDEN ROCK (gardens were breathtaking and food so good), YACHTSMAN'S GRILL (best mojitos, appetizers), ESMEE'S (for goat water, a rich local soupy stew), ROSIE'S PATTIES (cute outdoor cafe and yummy salads & patties), MONTPELIER PLANTATION (booked the private Sugar Mill - costly but memorable) and SUNSHINE'S (rum punch, dinner platters, sunsets, atmosphere). Recommend!!

The photos don't do justice to Akeem's villa. It is bigger than it looks in the photos, and the grounds are spectacular. And so it's the house. The kitchen is big and very well equipped. There are multiple tables for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Although the beaches in Nevis are great, the pool was a nice place for us and our children to relax, play, and refresh. Noah, Akeem's co-host, greeted us at the property, showed us around, and gave us a lot of useful information about the island. Both hosts were proactive and quick in responding to our questions. The only thing that surprised us was the presence of a smaller cottage on the property. Other guests rented it from the host. Still, the villa felt very private, and the presence of other guests wasn't a problem for us, but we weren't aware of it. We barely saw the other guests. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Villa Avignon and would gladly go back. Navis is an extraordinary island.
