Flexible check-in. I wish the park to the lock pad was lit but instructions were clear on how to get in. The listing does a great job at describing the place and check-in instructions.

Very clean and homey, smelled fresh and airy, quiet indoors and out, restful. Simple set up but has everything you need — I was there for 6 days and very glad for affordable lodging while I was in town for a workshop and errands. Host is friendly and will answer questions, but very low key and quiet. Two bedrooms are available, but they are at opposite ends of the airbnb, so even if someone else is there, you hardly hear them at all. Location is near a busy street, but the Airbnb itself is on a quiet, neighborhood street — I slept like a log and traffic was very low.

Giving this stay a 5 star solely on its price. Being that i stayed here when I was working 16 hour shifts back to back, I just needed a place to sleep and shower and was never at the place for longer than 6 hours usually; it worked for what I needed it for. Other than that, don’t expect anything special. Although I never used it, a little dinette corner in the living area was nice to have around for both rooms. On another note, I wouldn’t walk barefoot here as my experience was that the carpet was wet and had definitely not been cleaned in however long, along with not being dusted or cleaned properly. I had ants eating crumbs of whatever the last guy in the room was eating on the bedside table and a few pretty big spiders crawling on the wall. But, you get what you pay for.
