Great guest! Came for us to the airport and took us "home" by car even when we arrived before the actual check-in. The house is a bit on solitude, it's not far to the town, but getting anywhere by foot is hell of a workout, so we recommend renting a scooter (there's only one rental in the town, won't be able to miss it, Theodore will give you a contact or stop by there) or a car, if you want to visit more distant places like we did, because it wouldn't be a pleasant drive on a small scooter in 2 ppl :)) A/C ftw. For small scooter we paid €60/2d and €160/3d for a car (as of Aug.23). Beware of mosquitoes!!! As the accomodation doesn't have an A/C, you must let the balcony door open during a night the little bi***es are gonna feast on you. I was somewhat ok, but my gf got a full dose. It got better after we've got some repellent stuff, there's a selection in the town's market. The price for the accomodation is adequate, read other comments. It could use some maintanance and improvements.

Theodore is wonderful! The place is fine, but it's not clean and there are a lot of bugs, especially spiders. I would recommend this place for people who are looking for a cheap place to sleep over.

The location is very good, quite in the middle of the island, near to Pelekas with good restaurants and bars. You can reach the (in our opinion) nicest beaches easily by scooter or car. Theodore is very responsive, helpful and a really nice guy 👍🏼 The place has basically everything you need, but the standard and the cleanliness is not the best. We needed first adapt to that. Also no air conditioning makes it hard to sleep if you can’t open a window at night, because than you have to fight the mosquitoes and bugs that are of course there, because this house is surrounded by beautiful nature! 🙂 The price makes up for this and and overall it was worth staying at Theodores pretty place.

It was very nice at Theodores. Its a beautiful accommodation surrounded by pure nature….especially the view from the small balcony is great! Theodore and his mum are friendly and he even drove us back to the airport. The small bathroom takes a bit to get used to but is enough for the vacation. In the kitchen you have every necessary tool to cook and even some fresh apricots from the garden:) Thank you!
