Das Airbnb von Kiriakos war für uns zu viert ein absoluter Traum, wir haben jeden einzelnen Tag in der Villa Elia absolut genossen. Die Villa liegt gut gelegen und ist sehr gut und schnell erreichbar, knapp 10 Minuten von Volos entfernt. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist atemberaubend. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, sauber und alles ist durchdacht, ebenso die Ausstattung. Der Garten bietet schöne sonnige Plätze mit Liegen, darüber hinaus gibt es einen überdachten Grillplatz. Kiriakos ist ein verdammt sympathischer Airbnb-Host, er ist sehr bemüht, immer und schnell erreichbar und hat diesen Urlaub für uns unvergesslich gemacht. Danke für alles Kiriakos, wir werden wieder kommen! Tom, Giuliano, Florian & Lennard!

Villa Elia is maybe the best villa we have stayed at. With spacious rooms, especially the living room. Every detail in the villa and outside of it is thought of - starting from the BBQ utensils, WiFi coverage of the whole area, up to the Netflix on the TV. We loved seeing the sun rising from mount Pelion, while laying on the sun beds in the garden with a cup of coffee. Kiriakos is a great host, he guided us through all local secrets - from shops with the best meat and fish in town, the best taverns, to all areas with breathtaking views and hidden beaches. Although at the end of our vacation the region was hit by probably the worst disaster - Storm Daniel, he was everytime there for us, helping us go through the awful weather. I highly recommend a visit to Villa Elia and experience the hospitality of Kiriakos!

We had a wonderful time at vila Elia! The vila is located 1 minute walk from a practically private beach, 10 minutes driving from Volos and from a nice equipped beach for the lazy visitor, 25 minutes from the city center, and not too far from the highlights of Pelion. The house and the garden outside are beautiful and comfortable and very well kept and equipped. You can see the sunrise on Volos bay from every window. Our host was very (very) warm and helpful.

We had the most relaxing holiday at Villa Elia. We did some day trips around Volos and the Pelion, but still enjoyed some days just at the house. There are two beaches in walking distance with super clear water, where we enjoyed cooling down. Kiriakos always had great recommendations, answered quickly to any questions and was overall the perfect host. Defiantly a great place to relax, the house is just amazing.
