My wife and I were in Munich for two nights and loved staying at Matt’s place. He met us at the unit when we checked in and gave great recommendations for our time there. The unit is a 5-minute walk to public transportation. There are multiple grocery stores around the corner, too. Make sure you read the getting there instructions well in advance because if you are parking a car, you need to provide info. Also, the listing says free onsite parking, but it is not. All that being said, the place was a great value, and Matt was fantastic to work with. We would stay here again our next time in Munich.

This studio is a really cool space and fit our family of five comfortably. Matt is really easy to work with. The walk to Octoberfest was an easy 15-20 minutes.

Matt’s place has a unique style. The loft is so spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The location was great. It was a straight walk to U bahn and was only four stops to old town. We had a hard time finding the place abs Matt was very responsive. He even let us check out a little later so we didn’t have to leave too early for the train. Totally recommended for a short trip to Munich.
