The cottage was lovely and homely. We had such a perfect stay. Charlie and Imogen were great hosts and very quick to respond with all of our query’s. Would stay again!

Beautiful surroundings, peaceful, lovely homely feel and the hosts sent a message before we arrived explaining everything we need to know and local recommendations! Also small touch but spices in the spice cupboard so no need to buy any! Great stay would definitely recommend if you’re looking to relax!

Excellent property! Beautiful surroundings and house was really cosy! Imogen and Charlie sent a message with all need to know information! They recommended a beautiful dog walk. It was absolutely perfect for the four of us to just chill out and have a lovely time. Despite it being so rural and peaceful, there’s supermarkets nearby and we were able to get takeaway delivered. Thank you so much for a lovely stay 😊

This was a return visit for us following a fab stay last year. On our arrival it felt just like coming home. The property is very welcoming and spacious with plenty of parking and outdoor space. There are plenty of things to do or places to visit in the area but for this visit we chose to spend our time relaxing at the property and enjoying the fabulous views whilst chilling in the hot tub and on this visit the hot tub was ready to use on arrival. Unfortunately the wi-fi was down during our stay but we had been warned of this before our arrival. Charlie and Imogen are very responsive hosts and we look forward to booking next years trip and fingers crossed the cows will be back in the field because they were missed on this trip

The prior communication was spot on and had no issue finding the cottage. We arrived to multiple Alexas blaring 'Basemant Jaxx - Where's your head at' at a volume we genuinely thought we had the wrong house. The kitchen / diner open plan is an obvious selling point. The living room did feel very studenty but was comfortable. The blind being attached to the guitar on the wall prevented us from being able to close it in the evening. Nit picking. Both bathrooms were clean and modern, we had some issues with upstairs bathroom light keep flashing on and off at night, maybe part of the nightclub vibe we began with. The bedrooms were fine for what we needed, could do with a bit of a spruce up though for the price. The stairs were incredible. Actually felt like some sort of assault course. The garden was a big let down, needs quite a bit of maintenance. Even just cut the grass/ get rid of the multiple poos. Lose slabs / random clutter. Nice stay though.
