房子很干净，吃饭，乘公交车都很方便，离京都火车站不远，走路大约7-8分钟左右，登记的地方有中文服务，很方便，推荐这家店。

整体非常不错，空间比较大，三个人住完全够，浴室也很大，非常干净！喜欢！下次两个人来也试一试。

Super convenient, extremely fast communication and friendly. Some of the game hangers: free baggage storage (self service, too), the earlier check in at 3pm instead of 4pm and later check out at 11am instead of 10am make a really big difference compared to other places we ha e been in Japan. Highly recommendable!

The place was super close to Kyoto station. Room was as described and fit 3. Some of the amenities did not work as intended however. Lock for luggage storage was almost all broken and we wasted 40 plus minutes trying to find the ones that worked. Used the reception phone to call the staff and someone came over in15 min and she got our luggage into the room before check in as the resolution Bathroom ventilation is very poor. After using the bathroom there is a bad wet smell and even the hair dryer had wet humidity drops on it. Tv had Netflix which was great but the remote didn’t work too well and difficult to use. Internal heating is not too good. Still cold after putting the heat on 32c. Laundry was really disgusting. There was black mold all over the rim area and the laundry was not well kept. Wiped the inside twice with Clorox and it came out completely black so I was unable to wash my clothes
