We stayed at Villa Lemon Tree (7 adults+ 1 Baby) for one week. The house has an incredible location , between kitebeach and Akyaka center and very high privacy within orange trees and within fields. The landscape, poolside and the garden were incredible and very suitable for big groups. The house has as decribed 4 sleeping rooms, and 3 bathrooms. Two of those bathrooms are integrated within the sleeping rooms. Each room has functioning air condition. The communication from our arriving until our leave was very good, with always quick response. For example, within our stay, the cleaning system of the pool stopped, and the poor was quite dirty, but we had a quick response from the host and a quick solution. The house has a big kitchen with a big fridge. Unfortunatelly, at our arriving - despite recent cleaning, the house was very poorly cleaned. The furniture in the house was generally very old, with torn up mosquito nets, shredded curtains, scratched Teflon. Warm water was not available all the time. Generally the house doesn´t give you any feeling of luxury, in the opposite: we spent only time within the house as short as possible. One of the other downside was the poor internet, there was no continous Wifi, internet was provided with a prepaid GSM card, which was running out every second day. Taken together, Villa Lemon Tree is a very nice located Villa with an amazing poolside and landscape, unfortunatelly it has poor amenities which needs a proper renovation.

Evin konumu, mimarisi, bahçesi çok güzel. Sessiz vakit geçirmek, havuz başında dinlenmek, eğlenmek için ideal. 2 aile çok rahat konaklayabildik. Akyaka Azmak başındaki restoran ve kafelere yakın ancak ulaşım için araç kesinlikle gerekli. Ev sahibi epey ilgili, ve ulaşılabilir. Tek iyileştirme konusu bazı eşyaların bakıma gereksinim duyması olur, ancak biz ayrılırken ev sahibi zaten konuyla ilgileniyordu...

Great place for large groups who would like to have personal space and be close to city center at the same time. Good location for those who are kitesurfing as well. Adem bey and the owner of the house were really responsive and friendly, helping us as soon as possible when in need.
