The house is very comfortable. We stayed 4 whole months and it felt like home. It has all the amenities you need to live normally and a huge garden for outdoor relaxation. Gia & Nana take very good care of the home. Whenever something broke, Gia came with a repairman within 1-2 days. They are also very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place for longer stays.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und abgelegen sodass man Ruhe findet. Sehr schöner Garten und Terrasse zu entspannen. Das Wohnzimmer ist Klimatisiert sodass man sich in heißen Tagen abkühlen kann. Die Familie ist gastfreundlich und die Betten gemütlich :) Wir würden wiederkommen!

wir waren zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir fragen hatten, haben wir immer sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Auf nachfragen konnten wir sogar frische Milch und Eier von den Nachbarn kaufen. Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber, wir kommen gerne wieder.

We spent one month in Giga's house in summer, as a couple. We had a really good time. We lived in the second floor, while the first floor was rented to nice young workers. The house and garden are beautiful, just like the pictures. There are 3 big rooms, one comfortable living room, 2 bathrooms and one huge covered terrace with an outside kitchen. The weather was hot at that time, but we could easily ventilate the house (and every window has mosquito net!), or use the aircon. The huge shaded terrace is a very nice and fresh place to be. Giga's parents are very considerate and generous, and gave us a lot of delicious garden fruits and juice. The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet (almost no cars). You can reach the city center of Samtredia (big market, restaurants...) in 5 minutes by car, and in a 5 to 10 minutes walking distance you'll find several small groceries with everything you need, and a brand new outdoor fitness equipment. We warmly recommend Giga's house if you are looking for a quiet stay in a green and friendly environment.

House and garden are really great, a perfect place to relax and unwind. Giga is incredibly kind and generous, I really cannot thank him enough. If you stay here you will enjoy it.
