Nice place, great view out East to the water. Lots of things to see and do in the area. If you are a coffee drinker be sure and bring some, only 1 small setup in the kitchen. Many places we have stayed keep the coffee in the place from other people stays. I have left such items (coffee, snacks, sugar), not here. Over all a good place and value and very clean. We would return again.

We had a great stay! Exactly what we were expecting which doesn't always happen. Great porch view and the swimming pool was a big plus. Plenty of parking. Very quick drive to Port Aransas.

Gorgeous view, check in process was super easy and Rockport is a great place to visit. The Boiling Pot has the best seafood, make sure it's on your list:)

Check in was super easy and the home was perfect! The view from the patio was beautiful! I loved having a private pier to fish off of that wasn't ever crowded. The home was very clean and they were awesome with communication. We will definitely be going again soon!
