prima volta a Cordoba, io con la mia famiglia in 4, abbiamo subito trovato con facilità la casa, alloggio molto bello, pulito, con tutto quello che ci serviva, vicino a piedi a tutte le attrazioni della città, comodo anche per il parcheggio, ci siamo sentiti subito molto bene, la comunicazione è stata da subito ottima, per ogni consiglio ed indicazione , certamente se ripassiamo da Cordoba sarà un piacere tornarci di nuovo

The apartment is located in a great area! We loved the location. The reason of the low rating is that the air conditioning was not working well and there were no fans. The temperature was in the low 100s when we arrived so the heat was unbearable. The master bedroom was the worst with the heat. There was no air coming out of the vent in the master bedroom, even at night. My husband and I slept in the living room because it was a lot cooler than the master bedroom. I would highly recommend to the host to have fans since the AC is not strong in this apartment. Fans would help a lot during the heat of the summer. There was also a bad smell through out the apartment, it smelled like sewer. Lastly, communication was good until we checked in. They even let us checkin early. But after that, no one responded! The beds and linens were pretty clean. I think during the cooler months this apartment and the views from the big windows would be wonderful but it’s definitely not good for summer.

Our stay in Calle Jesus Y Maria 2 (4th floor) was really nice!!! The apartment is exaclty as in the pictures, nicely rennovated, high walls, spacious bedrooms and a cozy living room and, most importantly, it has double-window frames, which was crucial at nightime when they collect the garbage from the streets and clean up the beautiful Plaza de las Tendillas. It is walking distance to the Mezquita - 10mins max- and other interesting sites of the city. We really enjoyed the pedestrian shopping street next to the Plaza de las Tendillas and the opportunity to just get downstairs to appreciate a spanish tortilla+coffee for breakfast, right before we left :-) Highly recommended place to stay!! Last but not least, Parking "Calle Sevilla 5" is 100m away (good daily prices) and a supermarket right opposite - very handy!
