I am an Airbnb host, and this property is an insult to the platform giving Airbnb a bad name. Stains and debris in the bed, the window sills and door frames had not been cleaned for years. Minimal supplies. Had to go out at night to purchase laundry detergent to wash the sheets. Throw rugs on the carpet covered severely horrible stains. Furniture had been chewed by pets. When we asked host for some remedy or compensation, not response. We think this host is renting an Airbnb in an apartment complex illegally. Communication was definitely with an AI bot. Very cold and impersonal, no accurate response to our questions regarding cleanliness. Only allowed a 15 minute advanced window to checkin. We have pictures.

We needed something last minute and this was great. Logan helped get us in quickly and was very accommodating for my family and I. We're locals and Baldwin Park is considered one of the better Orlando neighborhoods so I highly recommend staying here if you want to taste Orlando outside of the theme parks.

I was in town for an unplanned visit to tend to a sick relative. Logan was very thoughtful to have some chicken soup delivered. The Lake Baldwin neighborhood is very beautiful and walkable. It is near another cute neighborhood called Winter Park, but on the other side of Orlando from Disney and the parks. Just a couple of things to plan in advance for: darkening curtains work better in one room than the other, in case you're sensitive to the light that will come from the gym on the other side of the walkway. This was also the first time I encountered the idea of "starter supplies." Though I was staying 6 days, there were only 5-K cups for the coffee machine and no creamer / sugar set up, just one extra roll of toilet paper and only one shampoo though there were two bathrooms. There is a Publix grocery store in walking distance where I was able to get supplies. The space was clean and sparse. Enjoy your stay!
