The hosts are great, very polite and friendly. The flat is okay, small but comfortable and pretty clean. The surroundings are not to good but it’s true that it’s near metro.

Clélia's place was absolutely perfect for us. It's not in the heart of Paris, but having access to the metro 1 line within a 5 minute walking distance connected you to the heart of Paris. The metro line 1 is a main East to West subway line, so it will either take you exactly where you need to go or there will be a free interchange to a line you might need. There is a handy grocery store down the block and a few restaurants and bakeries. The apartment itself was wonderful. I give it a 9.5. The air vents above the fridge and shower need a good cleaning. They were covered in dust. There were plenty of utensils, plates, and cups you could need. I was going to use the electric kettle, but there was water in it from that last time it was used and that kind of turned me off from using it. Not sure how clean that kettle is. Lastly, they were a little stingy on toilet paper. We initially were only given 1.5 rolls for a 5 night stay. I asked for more and Clélia brought us more.

Petit studio proche du métro st-mandé. Commerces à proximité. Logement adapté pour 2 personnes calme et bien placé aux portes de Paris. Sans ascenseur et au 5eme étage donc mieux vaut voyager léger. Salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle, attention à la cabine de douche un peu en hauteur et étroite. Literie tout à fait correcte. Petit bémol uniquement pour les plaques de la cuisine pas assez puissantes. Les voyageurs qui iront au restaurant systématiquement ne sont pas gênés ;-) ce logement était conforme à sa description . Je le recommande pour une petite escapade d’un week-end !

Appartement fidèle à la description, cependant des propriétaires pas à l’écoute, n’ont pas répondu à mes problèmes durant le séjour. Et le lavabo de la salle de bain complètement bouché par des résidus de cheveux …
