It is in a quiet residential block and has unobstructed sea views of Valletta bastions and the beautiful yacht marina. Just step outside the front door and you will find a long stretch of the promenade that takes you within minutes to Valletta or Sliema along the coast. Since it is a frontline property rush hour is between 8am -9am & 4pm to 6pm so think ahead if you need to head to the airport.

The bus stop is just outside the front door, it is 2 min by walk to the left or the right side that offer connections across Malta. Free public parking outside the door.
If you wish I can organise day taxis and professionally guided tours around Malta & Gozo. Sailing trips can be organised but subject to weather permitting.
