The place is located close to restaurants, bakeries, ice cream shops and grocery stores. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need for a long stay. However, during my one month stay I found two things that need to be improved. First, there is a serious security problem, the two main doors do not have locks. Therefore, anyone can enter the bathroom and kitchen of the apartment. The most serious case occurred when a strange and disoriented person entered my room in the middle of the night; a tenant called the police and they took the man away. Second, the host takes time to respond to messages. He did not answer me when I asked him to change my bed sheets and bath towels; this problem was also had by the other tenants on the same floor.

Gemütliches kleines Zimmer mitten in der Altstadt. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit Bett, Stuhl, Tisch, TV, und ein paar Kleiderbügel/-haken. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt, und wenn man mit einem großen Koffer anreist, vielleicht etwas ungeeignet, da das Zimmer recht klein geschnitten ist, aber da ich nur mit einem Trolley war, hat alles super gepasst. Eine der Duschen war defekt während meines Aufenthaltes, da wäre eine vorherige Kommunikation schön gewesen, aber Preis-Leistung ist dennoch unschlagbar! Super Lage mitten in der Altstadt; alles was man braucht ist fussläufig zu erreichen und die nächste Bushaltestelle war auch nicht weit weg, falls man doch mal einen längeren Weg hatte. Der Selbst-Check-In und /-Check-Out hat bestens geklappt und auf Nachrichten wurde auch rasch geantwortet. Bin rundum zufrieden! Gerne wieder!

The location and the hosts were perfect but I found the interior a bit disappointing. The room itselfs could really use more than one tiny shelf and the floor is slanted. the curtains are quite a bit too long so they drag and take up space on the floor. The tv is really low resolution if you care about that. The kitchen has everything necessary but not more than that. its quite small so you have to plan cooking with the two other rooms that can use it. The dinner table get very little natural light so it can be gloomy during the day. The bathrooms are quite small and sometimes very humid. They quickly became dank without open windows. one bathroom was out of service because of moisture problems i believe. Other than that, its excellent if youre out and about most of the time.
