Acogedor, buena ubicación y comunicación. A pesar de que llegué cerca de las 22:00 me recibieron, el personal fue muy amable; como protocolo de seguridad se encargan de abrir la puerta principal del edificio todo el tiempo: salía a las 5:00 para ir a correr y eso no fue un problema. El departamento estaba limpio y los aires acondicionados funcionan perfectamente. Gracias Dario por el late check out y a Bryan que me asistió con mi equipaje.

This is a good place to stay in Salinas, the apartment was confortable, just needs to be upgraded in a few things, there are good restaurants near by, just a few steps from the beach. The only thing that I didn't feel comfortable about is that you have to wait for them to open the door at the entrance to the building, both to enter and leave, it would be more comfortable to have the key yourself and feel freer, but hey, it is understood that it is security issue. I recommend this place, if you plan to stay and spend a few pleasant days in Chipipe.

como siempre acogedor, todo en orden y muy tranquilo, lo q si recomiendo es arreglar el aire de la sala es la 2da ocasión que vamos y sigue en las mismas condiciones no enfría el resto todo perfecto 👌

Great Place in Salinas/Chipipe to stay. Loved the area and neighborhood just below the apartment there is very good restaurant "Bollos de Mary" 😋 and just a block away the beach. We had a great time during the Carnival Weekend. Dario was quick to response and allowed us to check in a bit early since we arrived a few hours before. Staff was friendly also and definitely I will stay there again.
