Ramzi made a feel at home. All his brothers came and ensured all are needs were well taken care. House is a bungalow so is quite and very peaceful . has a nice view as its perched on a. hillock. Best part they cooked traditional Jordanian meals for us for both dinners. Is was like home cooked food a it was cooked at home of his brother. They ensured they kept checking if we were comfortable. Very clean house has about 3 bed rooms 2 bath rooms with 6 single beds and one king sized bed. Good dinning and drawing room area. easily a family of 9 to 10 adults can stay at the place even though we were just 2 of us in the whole house. Value will come if you are larger family else cost for 2 to 3 people might be higher. highly recommend not just Ramzis place but also he is a travel operator so can setup a whole Jordan experience for you. you can surely bank on him and trust his recommendations.

Ramzi and his family were very welcoming. The evening meals they offer are highly recommended and their local advice was greatly appreciated. We experienced some teething issues with the plumbing and electricity on our first night which prevent us from giving the full five stars but they were quickly resolved. This would make a great place for a large family visiting Petra. It’s very close to the visitor centre and the hosts will treat you very well.

Lovely host-very accommodating to our travel schedule. Location 8-minutes from Petra was ideal. Plenty of on street parking. Plenty of room for our group of 7 adult family members. We would recommend to friends traveling with a large group to see Petra.

Ramzi and his family welcomed us with open arms, making us feel like part of the family. He helped us take our bags upstairs and our children played with each other the very first evening we arrived. Ramzi was very responsive and generous, he is a licensed tour guide who was born in Wadi Musa and gave us some useful tips on visiting Petra, places to park near the Petra visitor's center, and even brought us to a delightful vantage point to view the sunset and take pictures. Ramzi's flat was consistent with other reviews - it was spacious for our family of 4, and less than 10 minutes to the Petra Visitor's center by car. The flat is located above Ramzi's family home, accessible by a flight of stairs. Street parking was directly in front of the house and we felt safe parking our car there. The AC worked well, the rooms were quiet at night but a bit bright from street lights/adjoining homes. The mosque that another reviewer mentioned was under construction, thus no call to prayer. There was some cigarette smoke that wafted up to the master bedroom from the patio next door, we addressed this with Ramzi and didn't smell it the next evening. No microwave or clothes washer in the actual unit (washer was mentioned in the listing), but Ramzi would have been accommodating if needed. His brother, Mahmoun, delivered a delicious dinner cooked by his daughter, and conversed with us while we enjoyed Mansaf, a chicken and rice dish with yogurt sauce, salads, drinks and dessert. Very hardworking family who enjoy hosting and sharing their Jordanian culture with visitors!

Great location- less than 10 minute drive to the entrance to Petra. Quiet neighborhood. The hosts are very kind and gracious. It was hot while were there, so they brought us fans to help the kids sleep better. Delicious breakfast included, and for a little extra they made us a traditional Jordanian dish- Magloubeh, which was amazing.
