The place is lovely and majestic. The surroundings of the place just melt in, and it is a perfect spot to get away from the city. The worst part of the place was the host for us. They illegally tried to charge us money for damages and mess that we never caused. Please, for future renters, contact them about everything so that you don't get SCAMMED!!!!!

The yurt is beautiful, the scenery is stunning! The Drey is about a 5 minute walk from the parking lot with minimal elevation change. We brought our wagon to easily bring things from the car and easily move our food back and forth from the bear box! The pictures are exactly what you get when you show up there. The space was perfectly clean when we showed up. Something to note if you do struggle with hiking/movement is the water hole is a bit of a trek! The host offers an expansive book with lots of information and can answer all of your questions. You can hike the trails Radius offers or there are sooo many hikes options within 5-10 minutes. The resort itself is immaculate. You can tell it’s taken care of with love and pride.

This was the first time another family of dear friends and us glamped in yurts. We were in the Drey and the Den and I will post this same review for both yurts. The path leading to the Drey is on a very slight incline. It has a covered entryway and a small deck so arriving in rain wasn't a big deal as it was easy to clean our muddy shoes before getting into the yurt. It is also in a more open space for viewing beautiful night skies. The Den is much closer to the trail head but on a steeper incline. It is well treed and the shade was much appreciated when it was hot. Both yurts had plenty of space for kids to run around and play games. The yurts were secluded and private. The only time we saw other people were at the trail head. We were so impressed by how thoughtful the Radius Team was. The yurts and toilet facilities were so clean. They provided firewood in and outside the yurt. There were solar lights or a lantern in the yurts though we made use of our flashlights too. Instructions were very clear and the manual inside the yurt was a very interesting read. They even included info on local business you might need /want. Portable water was available at a hand pump at the trail head. The beds were very comfortable. We did bring a cot to supplement our needs as we are 6 including a few teenagers. Our friends fitted 2 toddlers, 2 kids and a teenager in their space with no problem. The hosts were very understanding and kind to have accommodated us all!! We would absolutely return to Radius. Our short stay made us want to live in yurts and realize that given enough thought, the clean, green, ecofriendly, minimal waste lifestyle is absolutely possible.
