I love his place. A very peaceful and secured community. Very good neighborhood. A little closer to the big highways.Bedroom has a private bathroom. Spacious kitchen and dining area. Very thankful for the opportunity to stay at his place.

Ephrem is a nice guy, responsible and easy going. I stayed there for a month and was a great experience and worth for the price! Lovely room with wide and clean bathroom! Shared kitchen was clean and quiet, laundry works fine, room temperature was just fine always. There is a refrigerator I never used, coffee machine, microwave, sink and dishes you can use.

very difficult to find because the address is listed as 1024, my driver drove around for about 10 to 15 minutes looking for the address I couldn't get ahold of the host I had to reach out to Airbnb who was very helpful. The entrance to the house was very, very dirty. Bedroom, bathroom and window steal was dirty, blanket on the bed was old and dirty. The kitchen Refrigerator was very dirty and filthy the house smell really bad I had to book a new airbnb that same day. I would not recommend this place sorry! it needs lots of work.

The house # is 1023. I followed all the directions, found it without difficulty, but the listing shows the house # as 1024, but it’s truly 1023. Private entrance, clean room. Just needed a place to sleep and it was great

Very good
