We were attending a meeting for work, so this was a great option for myself, and my colleagues. Cay’s place is very cute, in a great location and she was super helpful and flexible. Three things were concerning: 1) there is a pretty steep set of stairs to access the property which we didn’t know and was challenging for my older colleague; 2) the shower was difficult to get in and out of because it’s really a deep bathtub and the shower head didn’t completely work; and 3) it was super humid weather and although there are portable AC units, one of the bedrooms only had a fan. It cooled off quickly when we turned on the AC units. Cay was, however, helpful and responsive, and when we ran into some challenges. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

If you want a private, peaceful and relaxing place to stay surrounded by Nature, then Cay's place is the perfect place for you! The upstairs apartment of Cay's house has a private entrance that leads to a spacious living room and lovely open comfortable kitchen. Great for cooking with an electric stove! There is a mid-size BBQ propane gas grill on Cay's downstairs deck with a large dining table for you to enjoy eating al fresco. The outdoor pond was lovely and the rabbits and deer passing through at a visible distance were delightful to see. The beds were very comfortable for a restful night's sleep. The silence at night with the stars in the sky were mesmerizing. Cay was a friendly, and very welcoming host. She was available and helpful,. And she was also very respectful of our space and privacy. We enjoyed our stay at Cay's place very much!

The dock and backyard were peaceful and full of wildlife. Very relaxing. With the owner being directly below you, it does lack some privacy - but overall was a pleasant stay

My family and I were looking specifically for a quiet retreat within close proximity to all the Hamptons has to offer. This very private, relaxing atmosphere fit the bill. With nature abound and the beachy vibes all around us, we couldn’t have asked for more. Cay was friendly, informative and accommodating. We listened to her tips and spent a day boating through Silly Lily’s and it was amazing. Highly recommended! Thank you, Cay.
