The place was good and decent very far from the city I mean far And the roads to get there are not good at all it was a struggle . The place was clean I came in late at night tired from my trip that’s when they did the inventory of the place . That should have been done before I got there at 10 pm and the elevator was broken we we had to take our bags to the forth floor the concierge was very helpful but🤷🏿‍♂️.

Ariane’s Villa is a gem in Douala. The staff and service were overall great and very responsive. I was pleasantly surprised that Ariane offered complimentary airport pickup. There are vehicles with drivers (if needed) available for daily rental on location, which was convenient. Ariane also tended to any questions or issues we had in a timely manner, and I would suggest that guests reach out to her as well. I will definitely recommend or stay again in the future.

Ariane's place is amazing. I was visiting Cameroon to take my dad to a specialist in Douala. When he arrived, Blaise made sure to provide me with everything I needed. Junior made sure to put the name to the face when he was onsite and even helped me convince my sister to continue my dad's stay at this beautiful apartment. Although my sister had already booked another place, she cancelled her reservation to stay in this apartment based on the remarks I gave her, and what she saw via video chats. Cleaning crew comes everyday to clean, change sheets and towels to keep the apartment fresh. The generator kicks in 5 seconds after lights go out. Staff onsite 24/7, trust me I called several times after midnight and got what I needed. The rooftop is beautiful 😍 Must see- I think some chairs should be put up there. Drivers with vehicle are available for rent, clothes are collected and sent to a pressing for a fee. 7 mins walk to the main street. Security guards help you with your bags upon entry into the building I can go on and on about this place. I will always stay here everytime I visit douala unless unavailable
