Our 1st time at Ubud. We like to stay in this villa because really homey and the staff were very accommodating. Good location and walking distance to sumampan waterfall.

Quiet location with awesome view, great decoration and amenities, friendly and responsive staff, can order food and massages too, only thing is when we were there, there was an ant infestation in one of the rooms, ants were dropping from the ceiling unto our bed. The staff tried to rectify the issue and it was cleared only on the third day, three of us had to sleep in one of the rooms for the first night because of that. One of the bathroom’s sink was also leaking. Staff tried to glue it back but to no avail. When I contact the host afterwards, they said that the staffs said I declined their offers to rectify these issues, like what?! Other than that, we enjoyed the other aspects of the stay very well.

Great place to stay in, beds were extremely comfortable. Apartment was located slightly deeper in but nonetheless still easily accessible if you have a driver. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for the stay!
