They do a good job of providing the description of this place and all the details needed. Communication is great! Stayed for just an overnight and mostly to sleep but there little touches like labels on kitchen cabinets that were awesome. Having coffee and tea provided was another much appreciated bonus.

Spent one night here with my son after we moved him out of his dorm at MSU. Place was perfect, exactly as described. The hosts have thought of your every need in terms of coffee, tea and bathroom amenities. The house was clean, well furnished. The parking was very private, which was nice considering we had a van full of belongings. The night was quiet and peaceful. The bed in the bedroom had nice quality sheets, the mattress was very soft (for information purposes, not saying the mattress is bad, just not firm). The sofa pulled out into a bed, more than adequate bedding on it; not too much to say other than what you would expect from a pull out sofa. Would/will stay there again for parking convenience, cleanliness and ease of getting to campus (10 min drive).

The gps will take you to the house in the back. The host will inform you in an email but just be aware of what you are looking for. It’s not difficult to find.

A wonderful duplex, perfect for our visit. A fairly central location - just off Lake Lansing Rd and not too far of a drive from parks, restaurants, campus, etc. The only issue was the water pressure- however it’s hard to beat the value of this place, and we made do. Highly recommend it!
