Jose & Silvina were so nice as hosts. They were both very responsive and provided great information about the area and places to eat. The place is spacious, and we really liked that the bedrooms are completely separated by the living area. Great to use the a/c when needed but it was nice to just open the doors to the balcony, which was beautiful and just enough space to sit there for long periods of time and enjoy looking out or just reading. The water pressure is very good. Also appreciated being able to use the washing machine for our clothes. The place is located close to a large supermarket and also multiple other smaller markets/bodegas. Many restaurants are nearby and the area overall is very walkable. We walked to Cementerio de la Recoleta in 30 minutes and the city is full of many parks and green spaces to relax. Also, the blest nail spa is close and very friendly staff. It was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay there again when I come back to BA!!!

We had a great stay here. The apartment is very spacious and charming. It is close to lots of cafes and restaurants. It also has a lovely balcony and windows overlooking the street, a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The host was very helpful and responsive as well. I would for sure stay here on another stay in Buenos Aires

This apartment was beautiful and so close to many of the places in Buenos Aires we wanted to see. The tall ceilings, the openness of the living room, lots of windows for natural light, the balcony, the bedroom privacy, and air conditioning made our 9 day stay very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again. This is a top floor apartment on a corner intersection. There is some traffic noise outside during the day, but it was mostly quite after 11pm. It did not bother us at all and we both slept easy here. Beds and pillows were comfortable. You will not regret staying here. Jose was easy to work with and responsive to our texts. We had no issues during our stay.

We had an incredible time staying at Jose’s place. What a beautiful, spacious & comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. It’s a top floor unit (with elevator) so super easy to get in/out. We especially loved the terrace and enjoyed wine outside on several occasions:) The location was everything we could have hoped for and more! Super centrally located in Palermo and just steps away from the best cafes, restaurants, bars, subway & shops. We walked everywhere! Silvina was very responsive. Highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Buenos Aires! I’ll definitely be back :)
