The location was amazing - once you make it down the long staircase from the front door to the sidewalk/street the beach is directly across the street. You can see both the beach/sea and the mountains from not only the large terrace but from every room in the house. We ate our meals outside and it was lovely! We rented a car so we could visit other beaches/see other parts of Mallorca and I'm glad we did. Soller was absolutely the most charming town we visited - I wouldn't stay anywhere else - but enjoyed visiting other locales during the day. My one complaint is that at night it was hot in the bedrooms - the a/c was constantly turning off and was not permitted to go below 22 C (71.6 F) which is much warmer than what I'm used to for sleeping. If the owner can allow the property manager to permit a lower temp - or at least put fans in the 2 bedrooms - our stay would have been completely perfect. Other than that, the place was lovely, and the location alone makes it 5/5 stars!

We loved our stay. So close to the beach, but felt secluded as well! We loved the area and the best part was the beautiful deck! Two notes: there is no bathroom upstairs (where the bedrooms are), so that is a little tough with kids. The shower water pressure was pretty weak. Other than that, we loved our stay. 5 stars.

We had a lovely stay at this beautifully situated house. Lovely views and outdoor space. There is no bathroom on the 1st floor with the bedrooms though which is something that should be noted in the description for those with young kids.
