Wow! Truly in the heart of Hollywood and yet it was a peaceful enclave. My fiancé, now wife, rented this lodging for 45 days. I had to leave her there alone for half of that time. Security and safety were my primary concern. Kinnes’ place was totally secure and very peaceful. She and her husband Joseph were always close by if we needed anything. I felt very comfortable in leaving my wife there because she was not on her own, she had Kinnes and her family to rely upon. The ability to park a car inside the secured compound was a great benefit. We had Door Dash and Uber Eats delivered to the house without any problems. We had important mail and packages delivered to the house also without a problem. The house was pristine and fully equipped with all we needed. When the manual can opener broke, Joseph replaced it immediately. A great bonus was the outdoor patio behind the unit. Total privacy and surrounded by tropical foliage. My greatest endorsement is that I would stay there again!

Me encantó este lugar me sentí como si fuera mi casa muy contentos o kennis muy lindas y su esposo también siempre estába disponible para lo que está pidiendo y muy secas del los doctores de mi papá un lugar agradable me encantó este lugar excelente para convivir en familia. Se los recomiendo todo tiene para sentirse uno en casa. Muy cómoda todo gracias por excelentes personas y muy lindo lugar .

Super convenient location and nice space. Kennis was extremely prompt with communication and responded immediately during our visit when we had a question.
