I am really overwhelmed by the beauty of the place inside (very aesthetic) and stunning outside, . I can easily rate 10 stars out of 5 if it would be possible. It's true to the description, the beautiful Mandovi river flowing by. One can spend the whole day there under the beautiful smelling trees, watching as the ships and boats pass by. A real gem of a place for Insta pics. We were a group of 7 ladies and it was very safe too. We made plenty of reels in the outstanding place. A Special mention of Irene and her sis Georgina must be made for making our stay even more pleasant

Wooden Chalet is a charming heritage villa in an idyllic setting right on the banks of the Mandovi river. Great to wake up to the melodic tweets of different birds and the sights of assorted boats/ barges passing by nonchalantly. It’s a great place to unwind, far from the madding crowd and is indeed a ‘hatke’ experience. Would love to come back some day.

Staying in wooden chalet for 3nights must say the place has its own charm quite with a great view and peaceful locality captain Leo was very helpful throughout the booking . and must say everyone loved Bebiana’s food and Irene’s humour such lovely people they are and the store had everything we needed on a trip the place is well maintained out of hustle from goa would definitely visit again and I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Capt Leo's place its so beautiful. It is right on the river and it is such a beautiful feeling to get up in the morning to the calm breeze across the river. It is located on a busy road yet it seems so peaceful. They have kept a convenience store for anything that the guests might need which is also very thoughtful. I loved the place and hopefully will come back soon
