A perfect stay in a perfect location! Great for a family trip with 3 young kids!

Great place. The place was clean except the area rug and carpet in the master bedroom looked like it could have been cleaner. The staff was amazing, like truly amazing. After staying at the location and talking to others that have time shares, I discovered that I paid WAYYYY more than I should have for my unit and I found it for half the amount on another site. With all fees included, I paid $6000 per week and I would not pay that amount for this place in the future. Negatives: We found broken glass in the sand twice, so they should be definitely raking the sand. No restaurant on premise, just an overpriced Tiki Bar (bartenders were very personal and friendly). No fresh anything used to make drinks, just pre-made mixes and prices were higher than in downtown Key West. Chimera was great to work with and responded quickly. I would stay again, but would not pay more than $3000 for the week.
