It was a great experience. We loved staying in the cottage. Garden was incredible. Check in was very easy and everything was well defined. Location is also great, we were able to explore lovely towns nearby. Thanks Elspeth
Brandon Cottage suits those who prefer to stay in a quiet place surrounded with nature. You will need own transport to get here and there, New Ross, Thomas town and Kilkenny are within 15-40 minutes drive, where you dine, shop for food supplies or enjoy cruising around. Elspeth has been a very good host, keep communicating so that we don’t get lost and be able to check in smoothly.

Lovely cosy cottage in a quiet area not to far from Inistioge. Having the fire in the living room with plenty of logs available to fuel it was really cosy in the evenings. Elspeth responded rapidly to any query made.
We loved our stay in this cosy little cottage in a beautiful part of Kilkenny. It was spotlessly clean, warm and inviting with lots of personal touches like freshly cut flowers, which we appreciated. Elspeth was a very responsive and accommodating host.

Elspeth is a singer, musician,educator, gardener, cook, baker, sometime University administrator and mother of two. The family, including Gerard, George (12) Reilly (golden labrador), Virgil (ginger tabby) and the ducks, live in (or near!) the main house, built in 2009, which is a walk up the garden from the cottage. Elspeth is available at any stage for advice and assistance to make your stay as comfortable, relaxing and memorable as possible.
