We have problems with our bookings: 1. We want villas close to each others, we booked R47 and R 48 and pay 50% of the amount. After two months we received a letter for changing of the numbers of our villas. ( doesn't matter that we already made a payment. ) 2. We received villa R2 and R 48. R 48 has a good owner- very polite lady. R 48 is old villa but still comfortable for a reasonable price. R2 is very old and dirty and broken villa. The owner is very strange. Definitely doesn't like Europeans. 3. So we wait for a normal villa. Stay one night 11 person in one villa waiting for other one.( we didn't want to stay in R2). 4. We received PE48 - villa is old, but in a good area, with excellentseaview. With good planning of the bedrooms and bathrooms. But in the kitchen ifact most of the things didn't work and were broken. 5. According our booking we shouldreceived two villas close to each other, motorbike, tickets for pool, 5 times cleaning per villa. We DO NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING OF THAT. The lady from the photo in Airbnb is not an owner- she is an agent. She doesn't know the villas inside. She just want to take your money without any normal service according the contract and booking that you have. We love Vietnam, we love Sealinks. We were coming here for last 7 years each year:)) But for the first time we are using AIRBNB to make our vacation. And the experience was really disappointing. Dear AIRBNB please check who is the owner or minimum that the advertisement has anything in common with the reality. Dear lady we are expecting slme money back because of: we have just 3 time cleaning for all period, we don't have motorbike, we don't have tickets for pool, and in fact our villas were not closed to each other. And we made our first on 5th of April 2019 ( for using the villas in New Year:)) I think you have enough time to check the villas and to organize everything.

The Villa is a luxurious, spacious and quiet house close to Phan Thiet. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We -a family of six- stayed for two nights and explored the region of Phan Thiet by car. Walking to e.g. the beach our for shopping is quite far. The host of the villas is really great and helpful.

It was an quite interesting trip. All supporters were really nice with quickly responding. In addition, they were so kind when helping us to buy some amenities that we forgot in checkin time. So my family absolutely book again in our next trip
