Super convenient cottage near downtown and beach! Pretty rustic interior and landscaping is needed but would definitely stay there again!

It was an old beach bungalow on a quiet walk street close to restaurants and downtown. If you are into rustic, this is your place. Very comfortable and clean.

Gorgeous beach getaway. Great location, less than a 5 minute walk to restaurants and stores and about 10 minutes from the beach! We had a lovely time - the house was clean and beautifully decorated with a beach theme. The location was quiet and the beds so comfortable, we slept so well. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Cant wait to go back to Manhattan Beach.

I wish I would have read ALL the reviews before hand. Rosina is an excellent host and you can't beat the location. Can walk everywhere. However: Garage is very small and one side is cluttered with junk. The living area is spacious and cute, but the floors are very weathered. The Kitchen is poorly stocked. I couldn't even boil pasta because there was no pot. The Keurig was gross. I had to descale it and clean all the old gross coffee grounds. The kitchen cabinets are very old and in terrible shape. The top of the drier is completely rusted (from being outdoors). Towels were left in the dryer and cleaning towels were left in the washer. The master bedroom is is old dark and gloomy. Lightbulbs out. The bathroom is also very outdated. The outdoor patio was full of weeds, and the outside of the house is old and unkept. I would not describe this place as "beachy vibe" More like extremely neglected. The rest of the houses on the block are so cute. This property is not!!!
