Dorothy's home was a beautiful & cozy vintage beach cottage. My husband & I really enjoyed our September beach weekend here! We were within walking distance from several restauarants, bars & the bay & a quick drive to the beach. Everything was extremely clean & the bed was extremely comfortable! Dorothy was a fantastic & responsive host as well! We had a great weekend & will hopefully be staying with Dorothy again in the future!

Sunshine cottage was very cozy and nostalgic. It is in a great location. Very quiet. I am familiar with the area and I was very happy it was more north than downtown per say. Grocery store was within walking distance. Cottage was also very clean. Dorothy was extremely welcoming and communicative. Easy check in and out. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved the Sunshine Cottage!! Beautiful space in a great area - short walk to the boardwalk and beach! Cozy spot with lots of charm - I miss it already!! Dorothy was super kind and responsive ! :]

This Host is so easy to work with. Dorothy responds right away , follow-up with you upon chck-in and before check-out. Her Sunshine Cottage was immaculate! Comfortable beds, efficient heating/cooling, coffee and tea in abundance. It is a perfect little place, right near the Acme and a great breakfast venue. You can rest assured this Host will handle any issues (Though we didn't have any) and your stay will be delightful!

Cute cozy cottage in a nice quiet location. Great restaurant within easy walking distance. Easy parking on the street right in front of the cottage.
