First off. The view was great. But what else can you say about the gulf. The condo desperately needed updating. We arrived had no idea we only had one parking permit for six adults driving two vehicles. So one car had to park in public parking two blocks away. No instructions about parking. The parking police were out. Not ten minutes in I came down and was being reported to toe company. Stained master bedroom sheets. Only two burners work on stove. Ice maker does not work so they give you 1980's ice trays to make your own ice. No washer and dryer and only get enough towels for maybe three days. Keys to gates work sometimes. Sometimes you have to put key in opposite gate for it to open. Elevator is slow as molasses. No air in it either. Stuffy and smelly. I paid over thirty six hundred dollars For this room. One week. Could have been better. Every restaurant in surrounding location is terrible. Do not eat local. Go far away. Not worth the price. Will never come back to this place.

The LOCATION cannot be beat. ON THE BEACH easy access/ pool. Older building: small "lobby" area ground level to accommodate the ONE old elevator. Expect to wait.got stuck 3 times--do not use open/cloe buttons/wont have issues (fingers crossed). The unit needs refresh/ good cleaning (rushed surface cleaning when we entered so we cleaned again). Tired furnishings, peeling/torn wallpaper-dusty lamps/decorations-floors were dirty and the bathroom tile needs regrouting/replaced: No hot water in master. Patio furniture NEEDS to be replaced-lopsided table and broken chairs. Mattresses (except master suite)need replacing. Our biggest concern: ROACHES! in the kitchen and bathrooms-we found bug spray under the sink(not the first to have this issue) and called the mgmt. co. they sent bug guy next day and he treated the room, but we still found/killed 13 roaches. the A/C unit also had issues /had to be drained/new filter. AirBnB/Resort Rentyls answered our calls and responded.

The place was not clean when we first arrived, we had to contact them to send cleaners. But even after the cleaner came to clean we still felt a lot of sand on the floor and roaches in the kitchen every night.

Great view, BUT the unit is not maintained well. ROACHES in the kitchen, sticky floors, dirty drawers in the master bath, mold in the master shower, outlets not secure in the walls, and more. Our job as vacation renters isn't to tell the property managers/owners what is wrong with their units. We had a maintenance guy, a pest control guy, and a sprinkler inspection (out of their control) in our unit on the same day. We ate out more than planned due to the state of the kitchen. The property managers quickly addressed what we told them, but the refund offered was disrespectful. I would not stay at this property again.

Great location. Condo complex was quite. Walkable to several restaurants.
